Wearable pennons (or battle standards) can be customized to an adventurer's liking so long as it remains a type of flag or banner. Pennons and standards are also acceptable. It will show up in the unique feature line when worn.

Note: Either some earlier wearable pennons were not made as wearable but are otherwise the same, or the standard is unlockable. There is no mention of this in the analyze, however.
