Section 4b: Calendar Items

Prominent Tier groups can submit one (1) Calendar item per year, and one (1) additional Calendar item that is a recurring event. Renowned Tier groups can submit three (3) Calendar items per year, and one (1) additional Calendar item that is a recurring event.

Additionally, exceptions may be made to the one item for multi-day festivals involving multiple MHOs (meaning the overarching festival can be posted without counting toward a specific MHO's calendar item, but individual events within the festival would). These exceptions are at the MHO GM's discretion, so please reach out and ask!

Submit the following information to GS4-MHO@play.net at least thirty days in advance of when your event should be posted:
Group Name: (I don't necessarily recognize your e-mail address or your character name.)
Event Title: (This will appear on the calendar and will be what people click on to learn more about your event.)
Event Date:
Event Time: (in eastern - please specify AM or PM)
Event Location: (At the least, give the name of the town, but be as specific as possible. People can't attend your event if they can't find you!)
General Info: (This is the meat of your announcement. Make it interesting. Make it exciting. Make it in complete sentences and spell-checked!)
