Hello! It was so nice to meet your character on the [[Liylith (platinum)]] page. While I was looking at [[:File:Liylith2.png]], I noticed that it did not have information about the original source. Please see [[Gswiki:Copyrights]] for more information about the requirement to provide the source. I'll check back in soon to see if this information has been added! Hello, CASTLEVD. I am reaching out to you about multiple images that you had previously uploaded to the wiki. GSwiki has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. Please see [[Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights]] for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. I have flagged several of your images that are not in compliance. None of them are currently used on any articles and simply exist as files on the wiki. The images that have been flagged as needing updated information are as follows: |

* [[:File:Liylith.png]] - Who created the image? What AI imaging software was used, if any? Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you? |

:Hello! Thank you for helping relate more information about the images you uploaded for your characters, [[Liylith (platinum)]] and [[Cadance (platinum)]]. While reviewing the recent updates you made to those pages, I noticed that the artist or copyright information still is not clearly stated on the pages themselves for the images you uploaded, "Liylith2.png" and "Candance3.jpg". That information must be noted on the page using the image, not just in the image's metadata. Please see [[Help:Style#Copyrights]] for more information about the requirement to provide the source and artist name for all images uploaded to GSwiki. If you are the artist who created the artwork, you can simply note that instead. If you need an example of how to do this, the character page [[Arenglae (prime)]] does this very clearly for all of the portraits. Thanks for understanding! Either another moderator or I will check back in soon to see if this information has been updated. Images at Risk for Deletion
Hello, CASTLEVD. I am reaching out to you about multiple images that you had previously uploaded to the wiki. GSwiki has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. I have flagged several of your images that are not in compliance. None of them are currently used on any articles and simply exist as files on the wiki. The images that have been flagged as needing updated information are as follows:
- File:Liylith.png - Who created the image? What AI imaging software was used, if any? Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you?
- File:Liylith2.png - This appears to be a duplicate image of Liylith.png and is missing the same information. Who created the image? What AI imaging software was used, if any? Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you?
- File:Liylith2.png - This appears to be a duplicate image of Liylith.png and is missing the same information. Who created the image? What AI imaging software was used, if any? Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you?
- File:Cadance.jpg - There is a comment on a revision update that you created this image, and the previous version of the image references Midjourney although the current revision does not. Was AI imaging software used, and if so, which software?
- File:Cadance3.jpg - This appears to be a duplicate image of Cadance.jpg but is missing all needed information. Who created the image? What AI imaging software was used, if any? Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you?
If that information is not added within 7 days, these images will be deleted from the wiki. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone forum's wiki thread. Thank you for your understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 11:28, 8 August 2023 (CDT)
