Gemstone geode

Gemstone geodes are a collectible drop containing two Gemstones. Turn the geode to shift focus between the two, then break it to extract the Gemstone of your choice. Accessible via GEM FIXATE.

 ** A glint of light catches your eye, and you notice a rough crystalline geode at your feet! **

You analyze the crystalline geode and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
Rough and unassuming on the outside, the geode's fractured interior reveals a glittering cavity housing several gemstones whose facets catch the light in mesmerizing patterns.
Within the cavity you see a helical clouded jewel striped in copper rutile and a spherical tangerine jewel mottled with vaalorn flakes.

A mirage-like haze of arcane influence clings to the jewel, alight with half-glimpsed glyphs refracting across its facets from within.  The effect is dizzying and makes further visual inspection difficult.
The jewel appears to be a powerful relic that can convey wondrous abilities on its wielder.  It has the following properties:

Description: You have a 5/10/15/20/25% chance to incur no roundtime when loading the cannons of an OSA ship.
Property:    Grimswarm: Shroud Soother (Rank 1 of 5)
Rarity:      Regional
Mnemonic:    shroudsoothe
Description: Your AOE spells have a 10/20/30/40/50% reduced chance to trigger the Shroud in Grimswarm camps.  At maximum tier, you can trigger the Shroud with no negative effect once every 15 minutes.
You note the telltale filaments of a lesser binding shimmering around the clouded jewel.  You can sense that the jewel is bound to you, but a sufficiently skilled artificer should be able to dispel the binding.

You get no sense of whether or not the geode may be further lightened.

You note the telltale filaments of a lesser binding shimmering around the pellucid jewel.  You can sense that the jewel is bound to you, but a sufficiently skilled artificer should be able to dispel the binding.

[TURN the geode to shift the radiance.  BREAK it to extract the radiant gemstone.]

Breaking the geode will extract a rectangular pellucid jewel speckled with vaalin and destroy the remaining gemstones.  This cannot be undone.

With a sharp crack, you shatter the geode!  Crystalline fragments scatter as a rectangular pellucid jewel speckled with vaalin tumbles free into your hand.
