Dye additive

Dye additives are high level General Alchemy recipes. They are used to add descriptors to dyes such as glimmering, radiant, glowing, etc. A cobalt blue dye plus a glittering dye additive will make a glittering cobalt blue dye. Dye additives can be used with dyer's tent dyes and cobbling dyes by taking the purchased dye to the clerk and using the ORDER BOTTLE command. The additive can then be poured into the substituted dye.

Brilliant dye additive

To create a brilliant dye, pour the brilliant dye additive in the completed dye. Both adjectives are combined (e.g. "a glittering light red vial of dye"). The dyed item will also have both adjectives

You pour the additive into your green vial of dye. As the two substances blend together, the dye slowly transforms into a brilliant green vial of dye.
