Backroom Iacl Inventory

Backroom access at the Clothier is quite expensive to earn, but it and its men's location feature the only permanently-available Iacl items in the land. These items have different descriptions when worn and when held, allowing for the worn description to contain phrasing that would be impossible otherwise. (One might call it an Illegal Alter Clothing Line.)
