In 5121, the mines near the Old Mine Road outside of Wehnimer's Landing became more active as the local Darkstone Bay Consortium initiated some new mining campaigns. The Consortium acquired some dwarven tools and hired miners out of Zul Logoth in a new trade agreement. Weeks after the mining expedition began, the first piece of baystone was discovered. Its surface is a dark cerulean that is blended with a lighter shade of blue. While considered more of a decorative gemstone, with its only known location near Wehnimer's Landing, it is expected to bring several new trade opportunities and export options to the frontier town. |

History and Description:
