They are not yet. You can put stationery stuff into packages to send them. But... the waxes and signets are their own deal right now. My codeload (I coined it, don't judge me!) is a little heavy right now, so it'll be a bit before any back-conversion gets done.

Sending a parcel is easy. You'll need to:

1) Purchase a parcel.

2) Have something to send.

3) Buy a stampbook and slap a stamp on that parcel.

4) Once you've shut your parcel, you can send it to a friend or foe at your local post office.
