A cudgel cudgel is one of the most basic weapons available. It consists primarily of one long haft, usually enlarged at the clubbing end. Cudgels are designed to crush an opponent.

Other Names

Acceptable nouns for a cudgel include a baculus, club, lisan, periperiu, shillelagh, tambara, truncheon, war club, and a jo stick.

Game Mechanics

Cudgels are on the low end of the damaging weapons in the Blunt Weapons skill.
