You analyze the copper wash basin and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
This is a portable wash basin that can be filled with water via spell 903 or 306 (Minor Water or Holy Bolt) 
for washing up.  The water can be warmed via spell 906 or 111 (Minor Fire or Fire Spirit).  Fully improved 
versions support scenting the water with perfume.
Once filled with water, you may place it on the floor.  GETting it will empty the water.  DO NOT leave the 
basin unattended for more than 5 minutes or it can be swept up by the janitor.
This copper wash basin has been fully unlocked.  You can SPLASH, CLEAN, DUCK, LEAN, DRINK, TOUCH and POUR 
perfume into the basin.
Any merchant may alter the short, long, or show description of the basin, but the item must remain some sort 
of basin for washing your hands and face.
