Gemstone Codices are one-time-use items that overwrite a property on one of your Gemstones with a new one via the Artificer.
The runic codex contains the following property: Property: Vestige of Magic (Rank 2 of 3) Rarity: Common Mnemonic: vmagic Description: You gain 1/1/2 Magical SMR Strength. Reshape has no affect on this property. You may equip any number of this property. This property cannot be upgraded.
