It was a joke of Fawn's. It has no siginificance. Every hour or so (or day or so) another letter either appears or disappears from the ribbon. She just thought it would be fun to have everyone try to figure out what it said, and what it signified. |

Fawn has said years ago that the ribbon did actually start as something, but she was side-tracked and the story never got out. She did later decide to leave the ribbon up as a 'joke' and to give everyone something to fiddle with. This is why I said Tsoran was close. While it's not connected with anything now, it did sort of have it's own story. |

The Urban myth located along Wehnimer's Exterior. Long has a new resident of the city asked about it.

The dirt path bends around the southwest corner of the landing. Far to the east, you can see a thin blue line that must be the river. You also see a heap of splintered timbers and torn hide, a green silk ribbon and a rolton skeleton.

The green silk ribbon is about 327 inches long now, and you notice that some threads seem to be pulling loose in the faint shape of some letters.

You can barely make out a single letter, but note that more threads are pulling away next to the first few letters:
