Basic gowns are zested gowns, or skirts, similar to Valinda gowns but with fewer scripts. Due to the nature of the script, any alters require them to be long skirts.
Analyze
You analyze your jet silk skirt and sense that there is no recorded information on that item. It may or may not be able to be worked on by a merchant alterer.
