Lookup table for the minimum value that a statistic can be set at Level 0 such that it can eventually reach 100 by the level cap.
Usage
{{min-stat-to-cap|20}} shows the value 73, because a Growth Interval of 20 requires a stat to start at least at 73 in order to reach 100 by cap.
