Use BUGITEM to report a problem with an item.
Help
Usage:
BUGITEM {item};{problem description} - Report a bug in an item
This will submit a problem to play.net's bug tracking database. Be as detailed as possible, describing what you were doing, the behavior you expected, and the behavior you experienced. You must be in the same room as the item you are targeting. Do not use this mechanism to make suggestions or feature requests for items. Those should be posted to the forums.
You may also submit an issue by clicking on a specific creature or item and selecting "submit bug report" from its menu.
