Spring has sprung, and just as the flowers are unfurling their colors, so too are Elanthia's Travelers. According to the murmurings of townsfolk on both sides of the Dragonspine, colorfully garbed half-elven tradesfolk have been seen passing through more often of late, and more brazenly than ever before. Have you perhaps bumped into one of the Vanadre Chiras yourself while about your business in town?

A new culture option for half-elves has been released: the Vanadre Chiras. As part of this release, a one-time culture reset has been made available for half-elves.
