Skulligei is an Elf. Currently living out of a cave.
The many mysteries encountered since arriving have led him to become something of an obsessive researcher, though, maybe not a good one.
Though he recently gained citizenship in Wehnimer's Landing, earning enough money to actually live there has proven difficult.
Luckily, someone leaves free apples on a pedestal just north of the Bath House.
