Lady Luari Maivaldius, otherwise known as The Inquisitor, resides outside of Elanthia on the mysterious plane of Nyessem. Little is known about her. In 5125, she sent a representative to meet with emissaries on the Isle of Ornath as part of Into the Squall. There, through her representative, Lady Maivaldius extended an invitation to Elanthian adventurers to join her within Nyessem for a collaborative experience she promised would "begin a permanent connection between our peoples" and potentially grant adventurers "wondrous powers rivaling the potency of anything even the greatest of your mages or sorcerers could hope to produce."
