INCANT is a verb that combines both the preparing and casting of a spell into one command. Any roundtime that would be incurred by using the prep/cast method is still incurred using INCANT. Unlike the CAST verb, INCANT can not be used to specify a target at the time of casting. However, if there is a target already specified with the TARGET command, INCANT will release the magic on the character's current target. If used without a set target, INCANT will generally release harmful magic on others, and cast beneficial magic on the caster.
