The LUMNIS verb is a system verb that displays informtion on Gift of Lumnis and expeditied experience gain.

Help

Please note: This populates with LUMNIS HELP, HELP LUMNIS, or LUMNIS by itself. 

Usage:
  LUMNIS [option] {args}

Options:
   INFO               - View your current Gift of Lumnis status.
   DONATE             - Donate silvers to the Temple of Lumnis.
   LOCATION           - Find a local Lumnis representative.
   SCHEDULE SET [#]   - Pick a set time that your Gift of Lumnis will start each week.
   SCHEDULE CLEAR     - Clear any preset schedule.
   CONTEST STATUS     - Check status of Lumnis contest.
   CONTEST WINNERS    - Display Lumnis contest winners.
   CONTEST SHOWNAME   - Set your Lumnis contest display options.

Usage

INFO

LUMNIS INFO displays the current Gift of Lumnis information for the user. This includes if Gift of Lumnis is active, if the user has Lumnis Schedules available and if one is active, if Fash'lo'nae's Tutelage is active, and current donations to the Temple of Lumnis.

Messaging Example

Your Gift of Lumnis will restart as soon as you absorb experience.

You have not selected a Gift of Lumnis schedule.
You have no available uses of LUMNIS SCHEDULE.  You can purchase uses from the SimuCoins Store.

You are not presently receiving Fash'lo'nae's Tutelage.

You have not made any recent donations to the Temple of Lumnis.

LUMNIS DONATE is used to donate silvers to a Lumnis representative in order to gain elevated experience gain. Representatives can be found with LUMNIS LOCATION. Success messaging may vary by town.

LOCATION

LUMNIS LOCATION can be used to find a Lumnis representative in your town. Location and messaging will vary based on town.

You can find in one of the local towns.  Please travel to either Cysaegir, Icemule Trace, Kraken's Fall, Mist Harbor, River's Rest, Solhaven, Ta'Illistim, Ta'Vaalor, Teras Isle, Wehnimer's Landing, or Zul Logoth.
  • In Town

You can find a young aelotoi woman in the Mist Harbor Library.

You can also use URCHIN GUIDE LUMNIS to have a local urchin guide you to where the representative resides.

SCHEDULE

LUMNIS SCHEDULE is used to activate or clear a Lumnis Schedule. It requires either SET or CLEAR to work.

SET

LUMNIS SCHEDULE SET is used to schedule when the user prefers. It should only be used once every 6 months. Wrayth users will see a dialog window open when the command is entered.

You must specify the time you wish to schedule your Gift of Lumnis to start at in the form of DHHMM.

D is the day that you want your Gift of Lumnis to begin on, starting with Day 1 as Sunday, 2 as Monday, 3 as Tuesday, 4 as Wednesday, 5 as Thursday, 6 as Friday, and 7 as Saturday.

HH is the hour (on the 24 hour clock) that you want your Gift of Lumnis to start at, starting with 00 as midnight (the very start of the day), and ending with 23 (11 PM).  The hour corresponds with the in-game TIME command (Eastern Time).

MM is the minute of the hour that you want your Gift of Lumnis to start at, starting with 00 as the very start of the hour and ending with 59.

For example, 41630 would result in your Gift of Lumnis being scheduled to start each week on Wednesday at 4:30 PM, in-game time.

CLEAR

LUMNIS SCHEDULE CLEAR is used to clear a Lumnis Schedule already in place and requires confirmation.

Messaging Example

You are attempting to clear your preset Gift of Lumnis schedule.  If confirmed, your Gift of Lumnis will no longer start at a prescheduled time and can vary from week to week.  If this is correct, please enter LUMNIS SCHEDULE CLEAR CONFIRM within the next 30 seconds.

CONTEST

While LUMNIS CONTEST still works as a command, the contest itself is no longer valid. Information and interactions displayed in the verb are historical only.

You must specify one of: STATUS, WINNERS, SHOWNAME, SHOWNAME ON, or SHOWNAME OFF.

STATUS

LUMNIS CONTEST STATUS is used to show the global baseline experience gain available when Gift of Lumnis is active.

Messaging Example
>lumnis contest status
The global Lumnis experience boost currently multiplies your first 7300 experience points by 3, and your next 7300 experience points by 2, for a total bonus of 21900.

WINNERS

LUMNIS CONTEST WINNERS displays the list of players in ranked order based on how much experience they gained in a past LUMNIS CONTEST and how long their experience earning streak lasted.

LUMNIS CONTEST SHOWNAME displays whether the user is allowing their character name to be displayed in the LUMNIS CONTEST WINNERS output.
