The winged wear is a fluff script that applies to clothing items. It was originally released at Persimmon Festival 2013. The following facets are able to be customized by a merchant: material, wing opening and verbs. Messaging varies based on: item worn location and length, if it's a container or not, wearer's gender, and if wearer is aelotoi or is wearing scripted wings or not.

You analyze your pale blue gown and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item type should not change." The creator has also provided the following information: This item is fully unlocked. A practiced seamstress can add various alternate messages, materials, and customizations to this item. Basic Modifications: Customize the material of your item. Examples: silk, velvet, brushed suede. Customize the wing opening. Examples: some ragged holes, a pair of lace-edged slits.
