The fountain pen is a fluff script that applies to miscellaneous items. It was originally released at Ebon Gate 2023. The following facets are able to be customized by a merchant: ink color. It can write on paper with invisible ink. The ink requires a flame in order to reveal it. Its use is limited by charges of ink, which can be refilled at a merchant.

Analyze

You analyze the fountain pen and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
This pen holds ink that can be made invisible by exhaling on the paper after writing.  To reveal the writing, WAVE the paper over matches, candles, and various fires.  It only works with mail paper.  You may also RUB or PONDER the pen.

Your pen can be altered with a long or a show, but it will run out and need to be replaced or refilled.  It can be an ink-filled quill, ink-filled stylus, or a fountain pen.  If it is a fountain pen, it should be made from wood with a metal nib.

The ink color can be changed by any merchant.  The ink color should be no more than two words and make sense for someone to write with.  It is currently black.

Up to 10 doses of ink can be added by a merchant, up to a maximum of 20.  This one has 9 charges remaining.

Fountain Pen

The fountain pen works normally like other writing implements. Simply use it to write on a piece of paper.

Paper

Once a fountain pen has been used to write on paper, the paper has additional verbs related to whether or not the message is visible. Blowing on the paper will cause the ink to fade to invisbility. The ink can be revealed by waving the paper at a lit match. It can only be read when revealed. Otherwise, the paper looks blank.
