The cobbling gem pouch is a fluff crafting script that applies to container items, and is part of the Cobbling items and Cobbling tools families of scripts. It is purchased from a cobbling supply shop. When filled with matching gems, it can be given to a gemshop owner to turn them into cobbling adornments.

Analyze

 This leather pouch will transform a set of gems into a cobbling setting.  Give the pouch to a gem dealer at the local gem shop to complete the process. 

Usage Information

Put two gems (matching if you want the gem to show, non matching if you want varied) and give the pouch to your local gem dealer.

You put a dragonseye sapphire in your leather pouch, leaving room for one more gem.

>put sap in my pouch
You put a dragonseye sapphire in your leather pouch, filling it.  You close the pouch for safekeeping.

>give pouch to dealer
The dealer accepts your a small leather pouch, studies the contents, and then nods.  "These will make a nice set of studs or buttons!" he exclaims.  "I'll have these set in no time."
 
The dealer pours the gems out onto his workbench, pausing a moment to admire a dragonseye sapphire.  He then quickly fits each into a metal setting.  When the dealer has finished his work, he scoops up the dragonseye sapphire settings and hands them to you, saying, "There you go!  That'll make it much easier to use those in your crafting."
