Ondreian Shamsiel Faendryl was the seventeenth Faendryl Patriarch. His reign was during an era of significant advances in the arcane, particularly summoning. Sorcerers found themselves in need of bodyguards, and to create an official source for them, Ondreian founded the Palestra, a school and source for well trained warriors, particularly those educated in magical lore.
