Spirit regeneration crystals are rings made by clerics trained in the Alchemic Trinkets subskill of Alchemy.

The rings are restricted by both level of the user and time since last use.

Minor spirit regeneration crystal

The minor spirit regeneration crystal recipe can be made by a cleric with 18 ranks in Alchemic Trinkets.

  1. Add crystalline solution
  2. Add 2 doses of mashed red poppy
  3. Aadd powdered orange spessartine garnet
  4. Chant the Well of Life (308) spell
  5. Infuse mana
  6. Add glowing mineral water
  7. Simmer
  8. Seal
