The '''Ruined Tower''' is located just across the [[Maelstrom Bay|Bay]]. The distinctive blue-tiled roof can even be seen on the trip in from the deck of the [[Live Bait]]. In the past it was the home of [[Kiergaunt Pandarre]]. Now, however, it is a fearsome ruin full of lizard creatures called [[Hisskra]] and watery elemental creatures called [[Water wyrd|water wyrds]] |

The upper levels contain the ruins of the blue tiled tower, including access to the roof and a small workshop. For the most part the water wyrds stay in this area. Below the tower, however, is a warren of small prisoner cells and an access to the Bay. The hisskra range all over the ruins, including just outside of them. |
