Backroom Iacl Inventory

Backroom access at the Clothier is quite expensive to earn, but it and its men's location feature the only permanently-available Iacl items in the land. These items have different descriptions when worn and when held, allowing for the worn description to contain phrasing that would be impossible otherwise.
