COLLECTION is used to view information regarding the Collectible system.

Usage:
COLLECTION [option]
Options:
INFO - Shows your current stored collections.
ACHIEVEMENTS - Shows your current collectible achievements.
SET [#] - Shows your progress towards filling the specified collection set.
ALL - Shows all available collection sets.
EXAMINE {item} - Examines an item to determine if it is a collectible.
