DUCK Type Roleplaying Race Halfling

To DUCK is to lower one's head or body suddenly, also known as dodging. This is a roleplaying verb that has messaging for halflings.

    DUCK                            - Duck your head
    DUCK {self}                     - Duck behind your arms
    DUCK {target}                   - Duck behind a target
    DUCK SET [option]               - Shows or sets the DUCK verb options available.

  HALFLING - Vanah easily and quickly ducks out of (targets) reach.

Self target:
  Raising your arms defensively, you duck behind your forearms.

Object targets:
  Closing your eyes, you lower your forehead to (target) in a reverent gesture.

Creature targets:
  LIVE TARGET - You quickly duck out of the way of (target).
  DEAD TARGET - You duck your head and reverently gesture over the fallen (target)
                and honor it with a sign of respect.

No target:
  STANDARD - You duck your head.
  HALFLING - You quickly duck to the side and out of the way.
