Ground Clearance is a permanent quest, which is always available as long as its prerequisites are met. It is available via the QUEST verb. It has two different cooldown options, which offer varying rewards depending on how long the cooldown is.

Slay 100 foes on the ground during an active Empyrean Onslaught, helping clear the area so your fellow adventurers can board the airships.

[You have gained 1,944 field experience!]
[You have gained 5,000 fame!]

Monthly

Slay 500 foes on the ground during an active Empyrean Onslaught.

[You have gained 4,369 instant experience!]
[You have gained 5,631 field experience!]
[You have gained 20,000 fame!]
