Made popular by the Nalfeins, the Black Rose Deck is a series of incredibly thin wooden placards that form a deck of cards. They were first mentioned in the Elanthian Divination Guide, but appeared on Caligos Isle during the 5118 Ebon Gate Festival.
A tier 1 deck was found in the T4 games feeder. A tier 3 deck was found in the T5 games feeder. A tier 4 deck was found in the jackpot feeder.
