Player Character articles are written in past tense regardless of whether the character is alive or dead. See Help:Style, specifically, this line: "The IUHPOV dictates that articles which fall under it must be primarily written from the point of view of a person existing in the GemStone game world, and be written in the narrative past tense." - Andy ^talk 20:04, 22 March 2007 (EDT)
