Dwarven Stomping Boot

Dwarven-crafted boots are boots made by and for dwarves! Other races are, of course, free to wear them in an attempt to emulate the glory of a dwarf, but they may not be the perfect fit. They were sold at Stomp Around at Briarmoon Cove. Tier 1 Analyze You analyze your dwarven-crafted boots and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: You sense that the boots can be altered, bearing in mind the following: (1) the noun cannot change; (2) they must remain heavy and sturdy; and (3) they are, by nature, of dwarven craftsmanship -- while it does not need to be clear in the description, nothing can contradict that basic fact!
