Section 7: Post-Event Reports

Post-Event Reports (or PERs) are forms completed after qualifying events by an MHO. The form should be completed fully, with all required information in order to be counted.

Tips

  1. ONLY complete for a qualifying event
  2. ONLY complete the requisite number (once you have made your annual event quota, please do not continue to submit. This takes up your time and the MHO GM's time without serving any purpose)
    • Prominent Tier = 1 per year
    • Renowned Tier = 2 per year
  3. Complete ASAP after an event
  4. Check your event count status at your town's MHO Hall
    • If it doesn't look right, and you have given the MHO GM ample time to enter your PERs (2 weeks), please email the MHO GM to ask about the status
