Unlocking of Variously-adorned Baldrics, Eisenrucks, and Gem Pouches - Plat & Prime Schedules

NOTE: For the purposes of this post and during the merchant sessions detailed below, the numeric reference of the unlocked "tier" level of any eisenruck or baldric will be the same as the number of gem sockets on the eisenruck or the same as the number of times the baldric has been unlocked.

The easiest way to verify the tier of an eisenruck or adorned baldric is to analyze it and pay attention to the "This is a..." sentence near the bottom of the analyze text.

Platinum

Apprentice Modificator Gunkweeler and Arcanist Leghan will be providing unlocking services for variously-adorned baldrics, eisenrucks, and secure gem pouches in the workroom attached to the Chisel, Peen, and Chamfer, Esq. shop at 3:00 pm Eastern on Sat. Oct. 10th. Another similar session is scheduled for 6:00 pm Eastern on Sun. Oct. 11th. 

Sat. 10/10 - Platinum:  3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern
  1. Spin for 1 Tier-4 Unlocked Eisenruck
  2. Spin for 1 Unlocked Gem Pouch
  3. Spin for 1 Tier-4 Baldric unlock
  4. Spin for 3 Tier-3 Baldric unlocks
  5. Spin for 1 Tier-4 Eisenruck unlock
  6. Spin for 3 Tier-3 Eisenruck unlocks

Sun. 10/11 - Platinum:  6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern
  1. Spin for 1 Tier-5 Unlocked Quartz Baldric
  2. Spin for 1 Tier-4 Baldric unlock
  3. Spin for 3 Tier-3 Baldric unlocks
  4. Spin for 1 Tier-4 Eisenruck unlock
  5. Spin for 3 Tier-3 Eisenruck unlocks

The Saturday session will begin with a spin for a Tier-4 unlocked eisenruck, followed by a spin for a secure gem pouch with the gem-gather function unlocked. The eisenruck will have one gem socket of each type already attached, but the winner may utilize any subsequent/future unlocks of any tier to request the substituting of a different socket for any one of the already attached sockets.

The Sunday session will begin with a spin for a Tier-5 unlocked Quartz-adorned Baldric.

The winner of the Tier-4 unlocked eisenruck is ineligible to also win the unlocked gem pouch, but these wins in DO NOT affect eligibility for subsequent spins for unlocking services at the same or a later session.

The spins to distribute the unlocked items, and then the unlocking of already-owned items, will be conducted in the order listed above and will begin as promptly after the posted start time as is possible.

Any decision to provide services other than those listed, will be solely at the discretion of the merchants involved.

No PC or account having already received a Tier-4 baldric unlock at this festival can receive a second Tier-4 unlock at this festival.

The spin for the Tier-4 baldric unlock will only include customers who possess an already Tier-3-unlocked baldric.

No PC or account having already received a Tier-3 baldric unlock at this festival can receive a second Tier-3 unlock at this festival.

The spins for T3 baldric unlocks will only include customers who possess an already T2-unlocked baldric.

No handing-off of items between characters or leaving to get a qualifying baldric will be allowed after the spins have determined the winners.


The spin for the Tier-4 eisenruck unlock will only include customers who possess an already Tier-3-unlocked eisenruck.

No PC or account having already received a Tier-4 eisenruck unlock at this festival can receive a second Tier-3 unlock at this festival.

The spins for Tier-3 eisenruck unlocks will only include customers who possess an already Tier-2-unlocked eisenruck.

No PC or account having already received a Tier-3 eisenruck unlock at this festival can receive a second Tier-3 unlock at this festival.

No handing-off of items between characters or leaving to get a qualifying eisenruck will be allowed after the spins have determined the winners.

The remainder of each session will be used to provide Tier-1 and/or Tier-2 eisenruck unlocks, Tier-2 baldric/yoke unlocks, Gem-gather Tier pouch unlocks, and GALD services. None of the above items will be unlocked twice during this festival, with the exception of Tier-0 eisenrucks, which may be unlocked to Tier-1 and Tier-2.

Prime

Four unlocking sessions are scheduled for Prime at the times and dates listed below:

  2. Spin for 1 Tier-5 Sigil Adorned Baldric
  3. Spin for 1 Mana or Acuity Flares Gem-eater Runestaff (gem-dependent)
  4. Spin for 1 Unlocked Gem Pouch
  5. Spin for 2 Tier-4 Eisenruck unlocks
  6. Spin for 4 Tier-3 Eisenruck unlocks
  7. Spin for 2 Tier-4 Baldric unlocks
  8. Spin for 4 Tier-3 Baldric unlocks

Sat. 10/17 - Prime: 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Eastern
  1. Spin for 1 Tier-5 Quartz Orb Baldric
  2. Spin for 1 Tier-5 Topaz Adorned Baldric
  3. Spin for 1 Common Elemental Flares Gem-eater Runestaff (gem-dependent HEAT, COLD, ELECTRICITY, IMPACT, or VACUUM flares)
  4. Spin for 1 Unlocked Gem Pouch
  5. Spin for 2 Tier-4 Eisenruck unlocks
  6. Spin for 4 Tier-3 Eisenruck unlocks
  7. Spin for 2 Tier-4 Baldric unlocks
  8. Spin for 4 Tier-3 Baldric unlocks

Sun. 10/18 - Prime: 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern
  1. Spin for 1 Tier-4 Unlocked Eisenruck
  2. Spin for 1 Tier-5 Quartz Orb Baldric

  3. Spin for 1 Common Elemental Flares Gem-eater Runestaff (gem-dependent HEAT, COLD, ELECTRICITY, IMPACT, or VACUUM flares) 
  4. Spin for 1 Unlocked Gem Pouch
  5. Spin for 2 Tier-4 Eisenruck unlocks
  6. Spin for 4 Tier-3 Eisenruck unlocks
  7. Spin for 2 Tier-4 Baldric unlocks
  8. Spin for 4 Tier-3 Baldric unlocks
