A cigar tube holds a single cigar, but can also hide a lockpick in its lining.

Analyze

You analyze your garnet leather cylinder and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

The creator has also provided the following information:

Your cylinder must remain some kind of cylindrical container.  You may change the show description but it cannot support a long description.  In addition, you can alter the ring/band that is beneath the cap, which will always be a part of the show by default.  TURN to raise/lower the velvet lining concealing your lockpicks.  Your cylinder is currently at Tier 0/1.

You turn the gilded bronze ring beneath the cap of the garnet leather cylinder but the brown cigar is preventing the lining from being lowered.

As you slide the brown cigar into the garnet leather cylinder, you realize that the velvet lining is lowered, preventing you from inserting the cigar all the way. You decide not to risk damaging the cigar.
