Conically peaked and crafted of umber canvas, the sprawling pavilion walls have heavy weights sewn into their lowest hem to prevent the wind from invading the space. Lofted braziers are suspended between a pair of central posts, each filled with brightly burning coals that both illuminate and warm everything beneath them. Tables and baskets are arranged away from the single entry, their wares easily visible in the flickering light.

The Tartan Cloth, East Wing
[The Tartan Cloth, East Wing - 8209241]
Umber canvas falls in even lines from the conical ceiling to the overlapping rug floor, their long lengths weighted to prevent movement in the arctic winds. Flickering braziers sway in their lofted position above as tendrils of chill air trickle through a small smoke hole in the ceiling to tug at them. Several garments, hung from wooden pegs around the perimeter, flutter, their ends catching on the woven river reed baskets placed beneath them.
Obvious exits: southwest, west, northwest
On the wooden pegs you see: a daisy-eyelet coal black undergown, an ebon-laced crimson cotton undergown, a side-laced crimson linen undergown, a wide-necked sky blue shift, a burnished orange silk chemise, a collarless hunter green chemise, a refined golden vicuna chemise, a high-collared golden roltalen chemise, and a hunter green rackhal chemise.

Lofted braziers shed light throughout the umber tent, the warm glow illuminating the conical-shaped ceiling and the multicolored rugs that are scattered about the floor. Stretched between the central support posts, several wrought iron hooks and river reed baskets are arranged at varying heights throughout the area, while a smooth wooden bench provides a resting place for weary customers. A light arctic breeze tickles the air despite the warmth of the braziers above.

Obvious exits: northeast, east, southeast

Four support posts rise perfectly straight in the air to support the heavy canvas of pavilion, while the opposite ends are weighted with enormous wrought iron circles. Hooks hammered into their lengths are fitted with bronze chains that hold large braziers aloft, the sturdy round bowls filled with coals that illuminate every corner of the space. Long tables filled with wares are arranged to create alleys that lead to other sections of the pavilion, while river reed baskets are tidily tucked beneath them.
