The TOUCH verb allows the character to touch various objects. It is also used in Empathic linking.

People Targets:
CATHEDRAL WEDDING  - You reach over and gently trace a finger
                     along (target's) cheek.
WAVEDANCER WEDDING - You absently run your fingers through (target's) hair.
CHAPEL  WEDDING    - Transfixed by (target)'s charisma, you reach out and
                     caress his/her face tenderly.
ETERNAL WEDDING    - You cup (target)'s hand briefly between both of yours,
                     tracing the line of his/her knuckles with your thumbs
                     before you reluctantly release his/her hand.
STANDARD           - You touch (target).
ICEMULE
  FIRST PERSON     - Shivering, you rub each hand across the opposite forearm
                     while glancing at (target).  Maybe he/she can help?
  THIRD PERSON     - Xeraphina stares intently at (target) while shivering and
                     rubbing her arms.

Self Target:
STANDARD
  FIRST PERSON     - You touch one finger to your lips.
