Energy Wings were released at Duskruin February 2026.

You will find two sets of energy wings, Light and Dark! They come in the shape of a pin, can be activated to give you wings with lots of abilities and zest! Don’t just take my word for it, grind for bloodscrip and buy them. It may save you deeds!

The wing-shaped pin may be freely altered, but it must adhere to its energy setting. When worn, the pin will cause wings to emerge from its bearer's back as a temporary unique feature line, or temporarily replace the wings features for Aelotoi. These features may be customized, but the wings will always be feathered, and should also reflect the energy setting of the pin.

Light

<log> Tier 1 Offensive: Radiant Pulse (TURN) Wings flex and fire a focused beam of light at your target! SMR attack, plasma damage, and stun effect. 1 minute cooldown. SMR strength increases with each Tier!

Tier 1 Defensive: Luminous Flight (TAP) Temporary flight, ignoring height restrictions for attacks. Last 30 seconds with a 90 second cooldown. While active, grants +5% evade chance per Tier.


Tier 1 Verbs: WEAR, REMOVE, POKE and HUG. (Zest actions)


Tier 2 Offensive: Blast of Brilliance (KNOCK) Wings flex and fire an Area of Effect light attack against multiple targets. It causes steam damage and blindness. May affect up to 5 targets. 3 minute cooldown.

Tier 2 Defensive: Prismatic Aegis (PULL) Grants Evasiveness for the next incoming attack, for 10 seconds. 3 minute cooldown.

Tier 2 Verbs: WAVE and TILT. (Zest actions)


Tier 3 Offensive: Blinding Reprisal (FOLD) Wings launch a massive blinding light energy attack as an Area of Effect. Causes immolation damage, blindness, and can affect up to 10 targets. In addition, it will strip 1 spell from affected target. 5 minute cooldown.

Tier 3 Defensive: Wings of Warding (PUSH) Wings expand outward, providing temporary protection for the player’s group. The character’s group will receive +25 DS, +15 TD, and +10 critical padding for 30 seconds. There is a 30 minute cooldown and effect can not be stacked with other wings.

Tier 3 Verbs: PROD and RAISE. (Zest actions) </log>

Dark

<log> Tier 1 Offensive: Shadow Barb (TURN) Wings flex, launching a barbed shard of shadow at your target. SMR attack, causes Disruption damage and poison.

Tier 1 Defensive: Shadow Mantle (TAP) Wings fold inward, cloaking the wearer in shadows. Grants +5 per Tier in Stalking and Hiding ranks with a 90 second cooldown. While active, it also grants a +5 evade chance per tier.

Tier 1 Verbs: WEAR, REMOVE, POKE and HUG. (Zest actions)

Tier 2 Offensive: Barbed Sweep (KNOCK) Wings flex, causing an Area of Effect cold attack on multiple targets. SMR attack, disruption damage + Poison effect. May affect up to 5 targets. 3 minute cooldown.

Tier 2 Defensive: Crawling Shadow (PULL) Grants Evasiveness for the next incoming attack, for 10 seconds. 3 minute cooldown. SMR counter attack to cause Disease effect.

Tier 2 Verbs: WAVE and TILT. (Zest actions)

Tier 3 Offensive: Rain of Thorns (FOLD) Wings launch a massive blinding dark energy attack. Disruption damage, plus both a poison and disease effect and blindness. May affect up to 10 targets. Can strip 1 spell from affected targets. 5 minute cooldown.

Tier 3 Defensive: Carrion Guard (PUSH) The wings draw health from wounds happening to nearby players or creatures and will temporarily grant the wearer +10 Damage Resistance/Padding, 5 HP/regen ability and increase max HP by 100 for duration of ability. 60 second duration. 15 minute cooldown.

Tier 3 Verbs: PROD and RAISE. (Zest actions) </log>

Examples:

As you put on the wing-shaped pin, a surge of light unfolds behind you as luminous wings with gilt-hued specks of light form and settle into place.

You unfurl your luminous wings with gilt-hued specks of light, soft light spilling outward as the feathers stretch wide.

Your luminous wings emanate with an intense light, forcing nearby shadows to recoil and fade.


As you put on the wing-shaped pin, shadows spill outward as umbrous wings with shadowy whorled patterns coalesce behind you and lock into place.

You unleash your umbrous wings with shadowy whorled patterns, shadows exploding outward in a jagged surge.

Your umbrous wings bristle sharply, barbs lifting and quivering with hostile intent.

You furl your umbrous wings close, shadows pooling thickly around you. </log>

The success formula for these is only based on your level and the tier of the item.
Standard enhancive limits apply.
All of the offensive abilities are SMR.
The item is pin-worn.
All the cooldowns kick in on activation.  The 90-second cooldown starts as soon as you activate.
The wings color/description comes pre-set, but they can be altered by anyone, so buy now, change later. 🙂
