Minor Water is an attack spell that requires training in Spell Aiming to use effectively. The damage done by this spell can be increased with extensive training in Elemental Lore, Water.
Spell Usage
This spell is very simple to use, simply prepare and cast it at the unlucky target.
Other Notes
You can put out things that are burning, including players, by casting this spell at them in a guarded or defensive stance. If they are not burning you will simply drench them... :)
