Defender bonuses

Adding an ability to a weapon such that it increases the wielder's DS by 10 (2x) when held

Eligibility: Items with existing defender properties or fluff scripts are eligible. The defender property is not compatible with permablessing, weighting, UCS weapons, ranged weapons, flares, scripted flares (such as Iasha or Ironwright), scripted weighting (such as racial weapons), zelnorn, kroderine, combat scripts not on the approved list, or other properties that take the same slot on a weapon as the defender ability.

Restrictions and notes: The maximum total defender bonus on an item is +20, or 4x. Defender items are not blessable.
