TD bonus

I can't vouch for the actual formula, but the TD bonus is correct. What is written does sound correct, as well. Rail 10:43, 3 December 2006 (EST)

The reason I as is because, if it gives an initial +1 bonus to TD and 2 for every 2 ranks up to 49, then the total bonus would be +13. If it doesn't give the initial +1, then the total bonus should be +12. I am curious which is the case. -Andy ^talk 14:33, 3 December 2006 (EST)
