Fuzzy parka

Fuzzy parkas were sold off the shelf recently at the Isle of the Four Winds Feast of the Immortals festival shop, Animal Adaptions. Due to the nature of the scripts, these items require alters that include toggles or buttons and heavier material types.

Analyze

You analyze your otter fur coat and sense that there is no recorded information on that item.  It may or may not be able to be worked on by a merchant alterer.
