Globus Elanthias

Globus Elanthias is a runestaff originally introduced by Essensia at Ebon Gate 2018's Once from a Soul. The runestaff has 4 tiers, with certificates for tiers 1 (OTS) to 2 being sold in the shop, tier 2 to 3 and tier 3 to 4 being found in the treasure hoppers. The runestaff features custom flare messaging, custom block messaging for both incoming attacks and bolts, and absorbs the souls of the creatures it kills.
