Dwarven-crafted boots are boots made by and for dwarves! Other races are, of course, free to wear them in an attempt to emulate the glory of a dwarf, but they may not be the perfect fit. They were sold at Stomp Around at Briarmoon Cove. Tier 1 Analyze You analyze your dwarven-crafted boots and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
