A Piercing Scream

A subtle swirling pattern of gold and silver threads climbs the walls of this spacious, square tent. A single golden pole in the center raises the ceiling high enough to fit even the tallest of giantkin, its polished surface ornamented with a spiraling string of glittering crystal beads. You also see a golden crushed velvet curtain.

On the glass-topped table you see: a thick steel piercing awl with a polished vor'taz horn grip, a trio of silver grave blossoms with gleaming jet petals, a hollow-tipped steel needle, a nacre-winged gold sprite perched on a toadstool, a single faenor hoop dangling a miniature obsidian dagger, a tiny oak treasure chest opened to reveal minute diamonds, a ceramic pottle of vodka painted with an oversized black X, a small jug of Caligos Isle rum, a small gilt-edged placard, a set of four sharply curved talons wrought in gleaming gold, a slender silver needle capped with a rainbow glaes egg and a narrow-eyed vaalin needle with a hand-turned faewood grip.

All the things you need to poke yourself or your friends can be found in the valise and on the table.  There's even some liquid courage in the pottle and the jug, in case you need it.

A floor-to-ceiling crushed velvet curtain partitions off this cozy parlor from the rest of the tent, muffling the sounds of shoppers browsing just on the other side. Pillows are haphazardly scattered across the floor like stepping stones in a pond, their meandering path leading to a small steel basin for washing up. A silvery mistwood armchair, its finish marred by a myriad of crescent-shaped indentations, stands next to a full-length mirror framed in tangled golden trumpetvines.
