Okay, now that I have the ability to change this, how do you think I should do so? I could simply link the Help:Spell templates article, or I could leave this here stating that the old spell template is obsolete... or something. Andy ^talk 14:54, 30 December 2006 (EST)

KP policy on spell articles has not changed. I simply don't agree with the new templates created. With the addition of the two new parser extensions, the potential for new and more robust templates is here, so I'm going to revisit the spell template and see what can be done to improve it. Okay, now that I've changed the spell template to have almost as much power as the modular templates but in a single article, perhaps now we should change this help article? I am curious as to the general opinion of the edits I made, as they were quite... involved, as you can likely see by the 50+ edits (between Template:Spell and User:BELATHUS/Sandbox) over the course of many, many hours it took to reach its current state.
