Tarkisis Castile is an Ishan of the Grot'karesh Hammer Clan who arrived in the north around 5099 and returned to Kilanirij in 5109 in hopes of becoming a prefector after serving her decade of wandering. She was one of the original founders of the Beacon Hall Archive, after House (Clan) Jakarta had been shuttered by the authorities. You can find her plaque in the hall's library, outside the workshop she often frequented when she resided in River's Rest. She took the emblem of the raven as her spirit animal under her giantkin culture tradition.

She was often company among followers of the 'dark' Arkati such as Sheru and Luukos and was called "The Granddaughter" in deference to her enigmatic personality and ambitions that were often considered heartless. She was acknowledged by whom some believe was Fash'lo'nae himself, as the stars wavered for a moment in time for an act long since forgotten.

Far above the dark night sky, the seven stars of the Grandfather's Eye twinkle brightly. The slit-pupiled eye appears to be watching things intently for a moment and an ancient quiet voice seems to ride upon the wind like a protracted inquisitive sigh. Though the sound is faint, it is not filled with sadness or relief, only a detached kind of satisfaction.

Appearance

You see Tarkisis Castile.
She appears to be a Giantman of the Grot'karesh Clan.
She is tall. She appears to be senescent. She has piercing golden eyes and bronze skin. She has shoulder length, thick jet black hair worn in elaborate braids. She has an oval face and high cheekbones.
She has a pair of lifelike black feathered wings on her back.
She is in good shape.
She is holding a gold-glyphed black lacquered runestaff in her right hand.
She is wearing an enruned air elemental talisman, a deep black hooded cloak, a hammer-shaped Grot'karesh totem, a black stone feather, a long black vest fitted with bloused sleeves, some brass scaled gauntlet talons, an antique silver armband, a dark grey imflass symbol inset with yellow sapphires in the image of a slit-pupilled eye, a silver-tipped feather stickpin, an imflass threaded war harness, some dark grey leather, a yellow crystal-inset platinum ring, an ink-stained writing case, a black mesh drawstring pouch, some low slung black bloused pantaloons with slitted sides, and a pair of bone-heeled boots.
