Fancy Parasol

A Fancy Parasol is a scripted parasol fluff item with two unlock tiers. Fancy Parasols have been sold at a variety of festivals and events, including most recently at the Mairiseth Telearat festival in 2025. Fancy Parasols are a separate script from the basic untiered Parasol fluff item. Locked OTS Fancy Parasols have access to four verb traps. Analyze You analyze your silk parasol and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item type should not change." The creator has also provided the following information: You sense that an ivory silk parasol can be altered so long as it remains some sort of openable and closeable parasol. A merchant may be able to add just a tiny little bit of extra interactivity to the parasol. Presently, you can try to OPEN, CLOSE, TURN, and TILT it. You get no sense of whether or not the parasol may be further lightened. Usage Verb Status First Third CLOSE You release the upper catch and pull your cream silk parasol closed. XXX pulls her cream silk parasol closed. OPEN You depress the lower catch and open up your cream silk parasol. XXX pushes open her cream silk parasol. TILT While open You shift the angle of your cream silk parasol slightly on your shoulder. XXX shifts the angle of her cream silk parasol slightly on her shoulder. While closed You give your cream silk parasol a twirl. XXX gives her cream silk parasol a twirl. TURN While open You spin your cream silk parasol, letting it twirl freely against your shoulder. XXX spins her cream silk parasol, letting it twirl freely against her shoulder. While closed You swing your furled parasol in a wide, dramatic arc. XXX swings her furled parasol in a wide, dramatic arc. Unocked Unlocked Fancy Parasols gain one extra verb trap. Analyze You analyze your cream silk parasol and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item type should not change." The creator has also provided the following information: You sense that a flower-topped cream silk parasol can be altered so long as it remains some sort of openable and closeable parasol. This parasol is fully unlocked. You can try to OPEN, CLOSE, TURN, TILT, and LEAN on the parasol.
