Mana Flares

You analyze the flat mana deed and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

The creator has also provided the following information:

Your deed is used to unlock the potential of things held in your other hand or on your person.

A silvery flat mana deed grants the addition of Mana flares (+3) to an eligible runestaff.

DETAILS:
  > Runestaves must have no inherent flare or Mana flares below +3.
  > Existing Mana flares will be incrased to +3 (no stacking).
  > Coraesine and Ironwright-scripted runestaves are ineligible.

You need only RAISE your deed while holding a compatible item in your other hand or on your person.

Your deed may not be altered or changed in any way.

You get no sense of whether or not the deed may be further lightened.
